HOW to Get Started

To start, we recommend gathering the following:

• Company Name
• Short Description (7 Words Maximum)
• Long Description (2,000 characters ~ 400-500 words)
• Top Destinations and Activities you provide
• High resolution image of a destination or activity that best shows what your company provides, which will be your featured image and show in search results. Image should be 2000 px wide x 800 px tall and will display in landscape orientation.

1. From your account page, click on the Adventure.Travel link located in the left navigation.
2. Click 'Tour Operator' on the left, and click "Add New" (or "Edit" if your listing already exists.)
3. Fill in each of the fields with your company information.
4. Upload a featured image using the browse button.
5. Select all destinations where your tours operate and all activities you sell.
6. From the drop down menu in the upper right, click the Submit for Approval button and then click Save to submit your profile for approval.

Once you’ve submitted your listing for review, your listing will take up to 48 hours to appear on the site, so make sure you preview it before saving.
